The million dollar question! – We have two different options that cater for the majority of the mid-high end market. Our starting prices for the average kitchen are as follows:
-
Paul Alexander Pure hand painted, usually start around £40k+ Incl. VAT
- Paul Alexander Bespoke usually start around £60k+ Incl. VAT. (Be mindful that luxury extras like spice pantry larders, bar areas, rounded island ends or secret doors will increase the price)
These prices include all furniture/ branded appliances/ stone worktops/ splashbacks and a DRY-FIT installation.
Please Note: These prices are guides only, as kitchens come in all different shapes and sizes. We will always design to your budget, so being open and honest from the outset really helps us to guide you to your perfect dream kitchen.
The second most asked question, how early is too early to arrange a meeting with us to discuss your new kitchen.
Ideally you will own the property and have your architects plans (If a new build or extension) and planning approval. You will also want to have your build being tendered by builders. As this forms the overall project budget, it is always important to know what budget is allocated for the kitchen. So we can advise on finishes, appliances and worktops that give you that ‘WOW’ factor and meet your budgets.
However – We are in 2023 and the world is moving at such a fast pace. We always want to help and should you wish to come in earlier we are more than happy to discuss ideas and to come up with a design for a one off designer fee. – If this interests you, please get in touch via the contact form.
- PA Pure Kitchens – 10-12 week lead time.
- PA Bespoke Kitchens – 12-14 week lead time.
We always recommend leaving plenty of time and not to leave it to the last minute. These are only guides and at busy periods or summer factory shutdowns these times might be extended. We will always try and keep you updated.
Of course being without a kitchen for long periods of time is never ideal. However we prefer the honest approach and always advise the kitchen installation will be 4 weeks to ‘Practical Completion’ – Where you can start using your kitchen again.
- 1st Week – The installers will aim to get the majority of all the carcassing of base units/wall units and tall units complete. In preparation for the worktop templating to happen.
- 2nd & 3rd Weeks – The stone will be templated at the start of the 2nd week and we always advise to allow 10 working days from the point the stone has been templated to it being installed.
- 4th Week – The installers will return back to site, to finish everything off that they potentially couldn’t until the worktops had gone in. At this stage we will template for any glass splashbacks, please allow a further 10 working days for the glass. We will also report back any remedials that need ordering i.e damaged doors from delivery etc.
- Remedial Visit – The installers will then return 3-4weeks after the ‘Practical Completion’ to undertake the remedials and to make sure all the doors are aligned and everything is perfect for ‘Full Completion’ sign off.
- Yes we do, to say thank you for all of your hard work and bravery we offer 10% off your order value. Follow our blog page for more information.
